ASVO Awards for Excellence

ASVO Awards for Excellence

Many congratulations go out to the finalists in this year’s Australian Society of Viticulture and Oenology (ASVO) Awards for Excellence, in particular those from the NSW wine industry. Out of the six 2021 finalists, two are from NSW!

Darren Fahey, from NSW Department of Primary Industries, is a finalist for the 2021 ASVO Viticulturist of the Year Award and Alex Cassegrain, from Cassegrain Wines, is a finalist for 2021 ASVO Winemaker of the Year Award.

To be named as a finalist is very well deserved recognition of their contribution and commitment to our industry. We wish them both the best of luck when the Awards of Excellence are announced in November.
